Your Beauty Bank wallet
Your Beauty Bank wallet is a cash balance inside the Glovora app that you can spend on any treatment, package, or product at your clinic. Think of it as a pre-loaded credit account — no codes required at checkout.
Accessing your wallet
You can open your wallet in two ways:
- Tap Wallet from the quick actions on the home screen.
- Go to your Profile tab and tap Wallet.
Your balance
The wallet screen shows your Available Balance — the total credit you currently have to spend. Below the balance you can also see your total earned and total spent figures for reference.
Your wallet balance never expires and rolls over every month.
How you earn wallet credit
There are two ways to add credit to your Beauty Bank:
Through your membership If your membership includes a monthly wallet credit, it is added to your balance automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You do not need to do anything — the credit appears in your wallet on the day your membership renews.
By topping up You can add your own funds to the wallet at any time. Tap Add Funds on the wallet screen, choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount, and complete payment via Stripe. The minimum top-up is £10 and the maximum is £1,000 per transaction.
Topping up your wallet before a treatment can make checkout faster — your credit is applied automatically at checkout with no need to enter card details each time.
Spending your wallet credit
Your wallet balance is applied at checkout automatically. When you have items in your cart, you will see an option to use your available wallet credit. Tap it to apply your balance to the order — the credit is deducted from your total and you only pay the remainder by card.
If your wallet balance covers the full order amount, no card payment is required.
Your monthly membership benefit
If your membership includes a monthly treatment benefit (sometimes called a Beauty Bank choice), you will receive a notification at the start of each billing cycle letting you know your benefit is ready.
To use it, open the Wallet tab in your Profile. You will see a prompt with two options:
- Use my treatment — applies the benefit to a specific treatment at no cost.
- Bank as cash — converts the benefit to a cash credit added to your wallet balance, which you can spend on anything.
Tap your preferred option and confirm. Unused monthly benefits do not roll over — if you do not choose before the next billing cycle, the benefit expires.
Monthly benefit choices cannot be reversed once confirmed. Choose carefully before tapping Confirm.
Transaction history
Scroll down on the wallet screen to see a full list of wallet transactions — credits added through membership, top-ups, and amounts spent at checkout. Each transaction shows the date, description, and amount.
Common mistakes
Expecting wallet credit from a reward redemption Rewards from the Rewards tab are separate from your wallet unless you explicitly choose to convert a reward to Beauty Bank credit. Redeeming a reward does not automatically add to your wallet.
Forgetting to use a monthly benefit before the cycle resets Your monthly membership benefit expires at the end of your billing cycle. If you do not choose between "Use my treatment" and "Bank as cash" before the reset date, the benefit is lost. Check your wallet at the start of each month.
Assuming a top-up is instant everywhere Wallet top-ups are processed via Stripe and normally appear in seconds. On rare occasions there may be a short delay. Pull down to refresh the wallet screen if your balance does not update immediately after payment.
