Memberships

A membership gives you ongoing benefits at your clinic — such as included treatments, discounts on bookings, or monthly wallet credit — in exchange for a fixed monthly fee. This article explains how to join, manage, and cancel a membership through the app.

Viewing available plans

Tap Shop in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the Memberships tab. Each plan is shown as a card with the plan name, monthly price, and key benefits. Tap a card to expand the full list of perks, or tap Compare to see all plans side by side in a table.

Joining a membership

  1. On the Memberships tab, tap the plan you want to join.
  2. Review the plan details and benefits.
  3. Tap Join (or Upgrade if you are already on a lower-tier plan).
  4. You will be taken through the checkout flow to enter your payment details.
  5. Once payment is confirmed, your membership is active immediately.

Your membership renews automatically each month on the same date you joined. The charge goes to the payment method you used when signing up.

tip

If your clinic offers a free trial period, it will be shown on the plan card before you confirm. No charge is made until the trial ends.

Viewing your active membership

If you are on a membership, you can see it in two places:

  • Home screen — a membership card shows your plan name and remaining benefits for this month.
  • Profile → Membership tab — full details including your renewal date, all included benefits, how many you have used, and when each benefit resets.

Each benefit on the Membership tab shows how many uses remain this cycle and when it resets. If a benefit shows 0 remaining, it will become available again on the reset date shown.

Using your included treatment benefit

If your membership includes a free or discounted treatment each month, tap Use now next to that benefit in your Profile → Membership tab. This opens the booking or checkout flow for that treatment with the benefit pre-applied — you will not be charged for the included portion.

Included treatment benefits reset on your billing date, not at the end of the calendar month. If you do not use a benefit before your renewal date, it expires and does not carry over to the next cycle.

Cancelling your membership

  1. Go to Profile → Membership tab.
  2. Scroll down to find the cancellation option.
  3. Tap Cancel membership and confirm.

Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you can continue to use your benefits until the period ends.

If your membership has a minimum commitment period (for example, a 3-month minimum term), the cancel option will be disabled until that period ends. You will see a message showing the date from which you can cancel.

tip

If you cancel and later want to rejoin, you can do so at any time from the Shop → Memberships tab.

Updating your payment method

If your membership renewal payment fails, you will receive a notification. To update your card:

  1. Go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Tap Manage cards.
  3. Add a new card or update your existing one.

Your membership will retry the payment automatically once a new card is on file.

Common mistakes

Expecting unused benefits to roll over Monthly included treatments and benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle. They do not carry over. Use your benefits before your renewal date to get the most from your membership.

Cancelling and expecting an immediate stop to billing Cancelling a membership does not stop the current billing cycle. Your next charge has already been processed if your renewal date has passed. After cancelling, you will not be charged again, but your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Not being able to find the cancel button If the Cancel membership button is greyed out or not visible, your membership has a minimum commitment period that has not yet ended. The app will show the earliest date you can cancel.
