Your profile and account settings
The Profile tab is where you manage your personal information, view your purchase history, manage saved payment cards, and control your account settings. Tap Profile (the person icon) in the bottom navigation bar to open it.
The five tabs
Your profile is divided into five tabs:

| Settings | Personal information, saved cards, notifications, and account options |
Treatments tab
The Treatments tab shows a list of everything you have purchased through the app — treatments, packages, and products — with the date and amount for each order. Tap any order to see its details.
If you have not yet made a purchase, you will see a Browse the shop prompt.
Membership tab
The Membership tab shows your current plan if you are on a membership, including your renewal date, all included benefits, and how many uses remain for each benefit this cycle. See the Memberships article for full details on managing your plan from this tab.
Wallet tab
The Wallet tab shows your Beauty Bank balance and your wallet transaction history. See the Your Beauty Bank wallet article for full details.
Gift Cards tab
The Gift Cards tab shows all gift cards associated with your account — cards you have purchased for yourself, cards sent to you, and their remaining balances. Tap any card to see its full details including the code, balance, and expiry date.
Settings tab
The Settings tab is where you manage your personal account details and preferences.
Personal information
Tap Personal Information to view and update:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (your login credential — contact your clinic if you need to change this)
- Date of birth
Make your changes and tap Save to update your details.
Saved payment cards
Tap Manage cards to see the payment cards saved to your account. You can add a new card or remove an existing one. Saved cards make checkout faster — you do not need to re-enter your details each time.
Notification preferences
Tap Notifications to control which push notifications you receive from the app. You can turn individual notification types on or off — for example, appointment reminders, offer alerts, and points updates.
Keeping appointment reminders turned on is recommended so you do not miss upcoming bookings.
Privacy and terms
Tap Privacy & Terms to read the clinic's privacy policy and the Glovora terms of service.
Logging out
Tap Log out at the bottom of the Settings tab, then confirm. You will be returned to the welcome screen. Your account, points, and membership are preserved — log back in with your phone number to access them again.
Deleting your account
Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the Settings tab to permanently delete your account.
A confirmation dialogue appears explaining that this will permanently delete:
- Your points balance
- Your wallet balance
- Your membership
- Your purchase history
- All personal data
You must type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Confirm deletion to proceed.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your points balance, wallet credit, and membership are lost immediately. If you have an active membership, cancel it first to avoid being charged for a plan you can no longer use.
Common mistakes
Expecting a phone number change from the Settings tab Your phone number is your login credential and cannot be changed from within the app. Contact your clinic or email support@glovora.app if you need to update it.
Logging out and losing your points Logging out does not delete your account or your data. When you log back in with the same phone number, everything is exactly as you left it — points, wallet, membership, and purchase history are all intact.
Deleting your account by mistake Account deletion requires you to type DELETE in full before the button activates. If you have tapped Delete my account accidentally, tap Cancel on the confirmation screen to go back without deleting anything.
