Referring a friend
If your clinic has referrals enabled, you can share a referral link with friends and family. When someone signs up using your link, both of you receive a reward — typically Beauty Bank credit.
Where to find your referral link
Your referral link is available on the Rewards tab. Scroll down to find the Refer a friend section, which shows the reward you will earn for each successful referral.
Tap the referral section to open the referral sheet. From there you have two options:
- Copy — copies your unique referral link to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere.
- Share link — opens your phone's native share sheet so you can send the link via message, WhatsApp, email, or any other app.
The referral sheet also shows a personalised message you can send — something like "Join me at [clinic name]! Use my link to sign up and we both earn Beauty Bank credit."
How a referral works
- You share your referral link with a friend.
- Your friend opens the link, downloads the Glovora app, and connects to your clinic.
- During sign-up, they are connected to your clinic through the link automatically.
- When your friend completes their first purchase through the app, both of you receive your reward — added to your Beauty Bank wallets automatically.
Entering a referral code as a new patient
If a friend gave you a referral code before you signed up, you will be prompted to enter it during the onboarding flow — after verifying your phone number. Type the code in the referral code field and tap Apply Code.
If you skip this step during sign-up, you cannot apply a referral code afterwards. It can only be entered during the initial onboarding flow.
Referral codes can only be entered during sign-up. If you have already completed registration, the code cannot be applied retrospectively.
When you receive your reward
Rewards are issued automatically once your referred friend's first purchase is confirmed. The credit is added to your Beauty Bank wallet and visible in the Wallet tab.
Common mistakes
Sharing a code after your friend has already signed up Referral links and codes only work during the sign-up flow. If your friend has already registered, the link cannot be applied to their account.
Not receiving your reward after a referral Your reward is triggered by your friend's first purchase — not by their sign-up alone. If your friend signed up but has not yet bought anything, your reward will not appear until they complete a purchase.
Link not loading If the referral sheet shows an error loading your link, pull down to refresh the Rewards tab and try again. If the issue persists, contact your clinic or support@glovora.app.
