Points and rewards

The Rewards tab is where you track your points balance, browse the rewards catalogue, and redeem rewards you have unlocked. Tap Rewards in the bottom navigation bar to open it.

How you earn points​

Points are awarded for purchases made through the Glovora app. The number of points you earn per pound spent is set by your clinic.

Points are not added instantly — they appear in your balance a short time after your purchase is confirmed. Pull down to refresh if they have not appeared yet.

Your points balance​

Your current points balance is shown at the top of the Rewards tab. Below it is a progress indicator showing how many more points you need to unlock the next reward in the catalogue.

The rewards catalogue​

Beneath your balance is a list of all the rewards your clinic offers. Each reward card shows:

  • The reward name
  • The points cost to unlock it
  • The reward value (a free treatment, a discount, or Beauty Bank credit)

Rewards are displayed as a ladder — the closer you get to unlocking a reward, the more prominent it appears.

Tap See all rewards to expand the full catalogue if not all rewards are shown.

Redeeming a reward​

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, a Redeem Reward button appears on the reward card.

  1. Tap Redeem Reward.
  2. A confirmation sheet appears showing what you will receive.
  3. Tap Confirm to redeem.

Once redeemed:

  • If the reward is a discount or free treatment, it is saved to your account and applied automatically at your next checkout.
  • If the reward is a gift reward, your clinic will arrange delivery or fulfilment.
  • If the reward can be converted to Beauty Bank credit, you will see an option to convert it instead of using it as a treatment reward.

Reward redemptions cannot be reversed once confirmed. Make sure you are ready to use the reward before tapping Confirm.

Converting a reward to Beauty Bank credit​

Some rewards can be converted to cash credit in your Beauty Bank wallet instead of being used as a treatment reward. If this option is available, a Convert to [amount] Beauty Bank credit button appears alongside the Redeem button.

Tap it and confirm to add the credit to your wallet. The credit can then be spent on any treatment or package in the app.

Referrals​

If your clinic has referrals enabled, you can share a referral code with friends. When a friend signs up using your code and completes their first purchase, both of you receive a reward — either points or Beauty Bank credit, depending on your clinic's settings.

Common mistakes​

Points not appearing after a purchase Points are added after a short delay, not instantly. Wait a minute or two and pull down to refresh. If they still have not appeared after several hours, contact your clinic.

Reward button not appearing even though you have enough points Pull down to refresh the Rewards tab to load the latest data. If the button still does not appear, your points balance may not yet reflect recent purchases.
