Getting started with the Glovora app

The Glovora patient app is where you earn rewards, manage your membership, browse treatments, and book appointments with your clinic. This article walks you through downloading the app and completing sign-up from start to finish.

Downloading the app​

The Glovora app is available for free on both iPhone and Android.

  • iPhone: Open the App Store, search for Glovora, and tap Get.
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for Glovora, and tap Install.

Once installed, tap the app icon to open it.

Connecting to your clinic​

When you first open the app you will see a welcome screen. Before you can sign up, you need to connect to your clinic. There are two ways to do this.

  1. Tap Scan QR Code on the welcome screen.
  2. Point your phone camera at the QR code displayed at your clinic — on the reception desk, in the treatment room, or on any printed materials.
  3. The app reads the code and connects you to your clinic automatically.

Search by name or location​

  1. Tap Find your clinic on the welcome screen.
  2. Type your clinic's name to search, or allow the app to use your location.
  3. Tap your clinic from the results list.
tip

Scanning the QR code is the fastest way to connect. If you are at home and do not have the QR code, ask your clinic for their app link — it opens the app and connects you in one tap.

Creating your account​

Once connected to your clinic, you will be guided through a short sign-up flow. Each step is explained below.

Step 1 — Enter your phone number​

Type your mobile phone number. Tap Send code. A message appears explaining that a verification code will be sent to confirm your identity.

Step 2 — Verify your number​

A 6-digit code is sent to your phone by SMS. Type it into the app. The app verifies the code automatically once all six digits are entered — you do not need to tap a button.

If the code does not arrive within a minute, tap Resend code.

The verification code expires after a short time. If you see an error after entering the code, request a new one and try again.

Step 3 — Enter your name​

Type your first name and last name. Tap Continue.

Step 4 — Enter your date of birth​

Enter your date of birth in DD / MM / YYYY format. Your clinic uses this to send you a birthday reward and to comply with treatment regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Step 5 — Enter a referral code (optional)​

If a friend referred you to the clinic, enter their referral code here to earn a welcome bonus. If you do not have a referral code, tap Skip for now.

Step 6 — Welcome complete​

You will see a confirmation screen welcoming you to the clinic. Three quick-start action cards appear:

  • Book Your First Treatment
  • Browse Services
  • Explore Membership Plans

You may also be prompted to enable push notifications (for appointment reminders, offers, and points updates) and to set up biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint) for faster access. Tap Setup or Skip for each.

Tap any action card or navigate to the home screen to get started.

Returning to the app​

After sign-up, you can open the app at any time and you will be taken straight to the home screen. You do not need to sign in again unless you log out or switch to a new device.

If you change your phone or reinstall the app, use the same phone number to sign back in — your account, points balance, and membership will all be there.

Common mistakes​

Scanning a QR code before downloading the app If you scan the clinic QR code with your phone's camera before the Glovora app is installed, you will be taken to a web page with download links. Install the app first, then scan the QR code again.

Entering the wrong phone number The phone number you use to sign up becomes your permanent login. If you make a typo, you will not receive the verification code. Double-check the number before tapping Send code.

Not completing the sign-up flow Your account is not active until you have completed all required steps. If you close the app mid-way through sign-up, reopen it and continue from where you left off.
