Browsing and buying in the app

The Shop tab is where you browse and purchase everything your clinic offers — treatments, memberships, packages, gift cards, and retail products. Tap Shop in the bottom navigation bar to open it.

The Shop tabs

The Shop is divided into six tabs along the top:

Tap any tab to switch between them.

Browsing treatments

On the Treatments tab, each treatment is shown as a card with an image, name, category, and price. If you are on a membership, your member price is shown where applicable.

Tap a treatment card to open its detail page, which shows:

  • A full description of the treatment
  • Duration
  • Price (and member price if you are a member)
  • Before and after care instructions
  • Related treatments

Tap Add to cart to add the treatment to your cart, or tap Book if your clinic offers direct booking for this treatment.

Browsing packages

Packages are bundles of sessions — for example, a course of three HydraFacials sold together at a discounted price. Each package card shows the name, number of sessions included, and price.

Tap a package card to see full details and add it to your cart.

Browsing memberships

Each membership card shows the plan name, monthly price, and the key benefits included. Tap a card to expand the full list of perks and compare plans.

Tap Join to enrol in a membership. You will be taken through the enrolment flow and asked to confirm payment details before the membership is activated.

tip

If you are already on a membership, your current plan is shown at the top of the Memberships tab with your renewal date and remaining benefits.

Purchasing a gift card

On the Gift Cards tab you can purchase a gift card to spend at your clinic or send to someone else.

  1. Choose a preset amount from the available options, or enter a custom amount if your clinic allows it.
  2. Choose whether the card is for yourself or for someone else.
    • For yourself: the gift card is added to your account immediately.
    • For someone else: enter the recipient's name and mobile number. They will receive an SMS with the gift card code.
  3. Proceed to checkout and complete payment.

The gift card balance is stored on the card itself, not in your Beauty Bank wallet.

Your cart

Tap the cart icon in the top-right corner of the home screen or Shop tab to open your cart. Your cart shows all the items you have added, with quantities and prices.

Applying a gift card or promo code

In the cart, there is a field labelled Enter gift card or promo code. Type your code and tap Apply. If the code is valid, the discount is applied to your order total immediately.

Applying wallet credit

If you have a Beauty Bank wallet balance, you will see an option to apply it to your order. Tap to use your available credit — it is deducted from your total at checkout.

Membership discount

If you are on a membership that includes a discount on treatments, the discount is applied automatically for eligible items in your cart. You will see the saving shown on the order summary.

Checkout

When you are ready to pay, tap Checkout from your cart.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay — iPhone and iPad only
  • Google Pay — Android only
  • Klarna — pay in instalments (if enabled by your clinic)

Your payment is processed securely via Stripe. The app never stores your full card details.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment you will see an order confirmation screen. Your purchase is recorded in your Profile → Treatments tab. If points are awarded for the purchase, they will be added to your balance shortly after.

Common mistakes

Not seeing a member price Member prices are only shown if you are signed in to an account with an active membership. If you see the standard price, check your membership status in your Profile tab.

A gift card code showing as invalid Gift card codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly. Check for spaces or typos. If the card has already been fully redeemed or has expired, it cannot be used again.

Items disappearing from the cart Your cart is saved between sessions, but items may be removed if your clinic unpublishes a treatment or package while it is in your cart. Add the item again or contact your clinic if it no longer appears in the Shop.
